Tenebrionidae sp A small tenebbrionidae sp that I found at the base of my light while collecting for specimens. I do not know if it flew in or walked in !! This is a rare species. This was caught 10 km East if Kathu in the Northern Cape. Sandy ground, and just after a rain. 23rd of Nov. 2001. From the Colin R Owen collection. The last three pictures from a specimen caught at Oliphantshoek under a stone. 19th Oct. 1996. |
